What to expect in sessions
The idea of starting counselling can feel daunting, but I aim to make the process as supportive and straightforward as possible.
Step 1: Initial Contact
📧 Email me or call to arrange a free 15-minute phone consultation.
Step 2: First Conversation
📞 We will have a short chat about what is bringing you to counselling and whether I can help. You can also ask any questions.
Step 3: First Session
🛋️ If you decide to go ahead, we will arrange a first full session either face-to-face or online. You can see how it feels and decide if you would like to continue.
Step 4: Ongoing Weekly Sessions
⏳ We will meet at the same time each week for as long as you find it helpful. There is no fixed time limit—you set the pace.
💰 Cost: Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £50–£65, payable weekly by cash, card, or bank transfer.
