You may not have a clear explanation for what you’re experiencing — only a sense that something doesn’t feel settled.
That in itself can be a reason to consider counselling. Therapy offers a calm, confidential space to explore whatever feels important, without pressure to arrive at answers quickly or to present yourself in a particular way.
